All of our records are stored and managed securely following HIPAA standards.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"71\" data-end=\"352\">To obtain a copy of their GEMRU patient records, <strong>the patient<\/strong> must visit the UF Public Safety Building <strong>in person<\/strong> with a valid form of ID to verify their identity. Once there, they must complete a records request form.
