Requirements

1. Current student at the University of Florida
2. EMT certification OR First Responder certification
3. AHA BLS Provider– CPR and AED certification (valid until August 2025 or after)

Applications

GEMRU holds a new application cycle during the first month of each semester. A link to the application will be uploaded to the home page when the application cycle begins.

• Once applicants submit their initial application, they will be eligible to take the entrance exam

3. Interview Decisions

• After completing the initial application and entrance exam, applicants will receive an interview decision
