The following are three versions of the same application for the Spring 2025 semester. Each applicant should choose one of the following applications and fill it out to completion before emailing it and other required materials to upd-gemru@mail.ufl.edu. Further instructions are included on the applications themselves.

Google Document Application

• This application must be downloaded to your Google Drive for it to be filled out individually.

Microsoft Word Application

• This application can only be filled out on the desktop version of Microsoft Word and not in the browser due to protected ranges in place.

GEMRU PDF Application

• This application is just a PDF document and may be typed over. Applications filled out by hand will not be accepted.
