As the semester comes to a close and holiday trave $As the semester comes to a close and holiday travel increases, UFPD continued its holiday traffic safety partnership with Alachua 10-42. This is the second year UFPD officers stopped drivers around campus for minor traffic infractions and surprised them with coffee from a cop. With holiday travel increasing, we remind everyone that safety is a shared responsibility. So please slow down, follow traffic laws, and move over for emergency vehicles on the side of the road. These three things help ensure everyone arrives at their holiday destination safely. We thank Alachua 10-42 for their support and for providing us gift cards for our coffee from a cop initiative!
