Active Trespass Warnings

If you currently have an Active Trespass Warning from the University of Florida Police Department, trespass warnings are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and applies to all University of Florida property, unless otherwise noted. If you would like to contest your Trespass Warning, you must do so in writing via mail or email. All correspondence should be addressed to Chief Bart Knowles and should state why the trespass warning should be lifted. Please include copies of any paperwork related to why your trespass should be lifted, such as court, Title IX, or Student Conduct paperwork showing that your case has been resolved/dismissed. Please include the date of your trespass and related case number (if available).
