If you currently have an Active Trespass Warning from the University of Florida Police Department, trespass warnings are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and applies to all University of Florida property, unless otherwise noted.   If you would like to contest your Trespass Warning, you must do so in writing.  All correspondence should be addressed to Chief Linda Kurnick-Stump, and should state why the trespass warning should be lifted.  Please include copies of any paperwork related to why your trespass should be lifted, such as court, Title IX, or Student Conduct paperwork showing that your case has been resolved/dismissed.
