The Recruiter’s role is to assist with the agency’s success by disseminating information about vacant positions and identifying potential candidates to fill them.  The Recruiter accomplishes this by creating and publishing recruitment literature that represents the diversity of the department, utilizing various social media platforms.  The Recruiter also maintains a relationship with the University of Florida Department of Criminology and other law enforcement academies to find potential new hires as they graduate.
